ARE YOU USING THE RIGHT CURRICULUM VITAE FORMAT?

As I discuss about making good impressive CV in our previous blog, here’s a follow up article for that so you can have impressive yet simple CV with the right format and structure.
If you also read our previous blog about the reason why your job application gets rejected or CV not read, you will know the importance of CV format or structure and how it will dramatically affect your job application, and chance of getting hired. In this follow up article I’ve made a list of CV structures and sample that you can copy.

What is Curriculum Vitae?
An outline of a person's educational and professional history, usually prepared for job applications (L, lit.: the course of one's life). Another name for a CV is a resume.

What is the chance of my CV to be read by an employer?
Employers receive an average of 60 applicants for every advertisement for a low-skilled job, and 20 for every skilled job.
Significantly, almost half of these candidates are perfectly suitable for the role, according to research by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
So that makes their CV - or curriculum vitae - all the more important when attempting to stand out from the crowd.
Experts say there are some golden rules for getting a CV correct, not least accuracy, spelling and grammar.

Quote of the day:
“Find out what you like doing best, and get someone to pay you for it.”
-Katharine Whitehorn
